When Grandma Lolly came to visit, she always brought freshly baked cookies and cakes. The kids in the neighborhood followed her black Thunderbird up the driveway and waited for a special treat. Years later, Lolly’s granddaughter Tracy Saltzman brings that same spirit of generosity and abundance to Rhubarb Cakes.

The Perfect Blend

Tracy learned to bake in her grandma’s kitchen and refined her craft at the California Culinary Academy and the Cordon Bleu London. With a blend of traditional, classical and contemporary training, every cake is designed to match your personal style with artisanal ingredients, natural flavors and lots of love.

The Rhubarb Legacy

Our name is inspired by childhood memories of homemade rhubarb crisp and its luscious balance of sweetness, tartness and nostalgia.

Tracy began her career with Rhubarb Catering, before becoming a sought-after private chef. Now as the owner of Rhubarb Cakes, Tracy devotes her expertise, creativity and passion to designing show-stopping wedding cakes.
